From a limited “walk and talk” consultation to a full review and preparation of a prioritized Consultation Report, our consultation will help you see your home through the eyes of a buyer and how to best prepare your property for sale. This is affordable for everyone and a great “do it yourselfer” guide! Looking for the perfect paint colors? Our 8×11 samples make it easy and we also have trusted products, vendors and contractors to make improvements easier and most effective.

Our extensive experience in home inspection in Yamhill and Columbia, as well as Western Washington County, is just one of the reasons why we are frequently named as one of the top home inspectors in the industry. The home inspection process will normally require between two and four hours to finish. After completing the inspection our inspector will provide a report that is very comprehensive and detailed. We make every attempt to have the customer attend the home inspection, and to ask any questions that may arise. Color photos are also included with the inspection findings, to point out any areas of concern. Our inspectors take all the time needed to ensure the client understands the final inspection results.
